Worry Dolls

Worry dolls are small, hand-crafted dolls dressed in traditional Mayan clothing. Worry dolls were created by the Indigenous Guatemalan people as a remedy for worry. Legend has it when worrying kept the people awake at night, they would tell their worries to their doll, and place it underneath their pillow. The doll was meant to carry their worries as the person slept serenely through the night.
